These walnut veneered units, fitted into the living room and office at Clapham Park Terrace are a continuation of other elements previously completed at the property by the studio. The internal doors and the vent opening internals are all finished in walnut and fitted flush with the internal walls, the shelving unit and desk apply the same contemporary design language and material palette. The shelving is integrated with a pocket sliding door and AV infrastructure/cabling while the desk features a tambour door and concealed cable tray. Symmetry Studios produced the technical design for both units and the build was carried out by Roy Middleton Interiors along with the active participation of the studio. We view this project as a great example of how the studio, working from client issued outline sketches and teaming up with one of our highly valued production partners can achieve stunning results that are built with both form and function.
