Making use of the ubiquitous birch plywood these kitchen units are contemporary classics. Joinery detailing includes expressed end grain framing and inlaid melamine faced door and drawer fronts with simple cut away grab recess's providing an elegant flush finish. The design concept evolved from the clients initial and relatively specific proposal combined with the studios recommendations for layout and material/colour palette. Some items from the clients existing kitchen have been integrated into the design to ensure their continued use and to minimize unnecessary waste.
