Part of the Glynd House project the 'Cook's storage' unit was built to to specific wishes of the client to replicate an item of furniture that features in Jamie Oliver's television cookery show. Adaptations were made to accommodate the oven supplied by the client as well as other subtle changes to tie in with material choices used in the other elements of the main kitchen. The solid cherry drawer fronts and brass card holders contribute to the vintage aesthetic.
