Haven works is an early 20th-century industrial building that has been expanded over the years and fallen into a state of dilapidation and neglect. Situated in a key location in St Leonards on Sea the site will be converted into combined workshop/studio space for local creatives and small business. Symmetry Studios have worked together with our client to establish party wall agreements, structural designs for various areas of the build as well as working on-site assisting with construction. The project is ongoing (spring 2020) and we look forward to the next phase of work which will include installation of the new roof structure with its glazed gable end and the lowering of the existing loft level in the main building to provide a habitable first floor.
